As a direct lender based out of Atlanta, we offer many services which traditional institutions are unable to provide. We originate, review, underwrite, fund, and service our own loans. This has allowed us to streamline our process and gives us the ability to fund on projects that meet our criteria within days. Paces Funding was founded by a group of prominent real estate investors and developers based in Atlanta. With extensive experience across all real estate product types on the equity side, our founders have a unique understanding of the needs of borrowers because, for much of their careers, they have been borrowers themselves. This firsthand experience sets us apart.
Our team has weathered market cycles, including successfully navigating the 2008 financial crisis—a rare feat among private lenders in the United States. Charles Kennedy is the Chief Operating Officer of Paces Funding, LLC, bringing 20 years of experience in lending and operations. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Charles has developed a strong expertise in financial management and strategic business operations.
As COO, he plays a key role in driving operational efficiency and business growth at Paces Funding. With a deep understanding of lending processes and risk management, Charles ensures that the company delivers innovative funding solutions to its clients.
